Impersonation

Do not impersonate other players, streamers, celebrities, government officials, Berry Dermny employees, or anyone else. Claiming others' achievements or deceiving others by impersonating someone else is strictly prohibited.

Fraud and Exploitation

Play fairly and abide by the rules. Cheating, exploiting game bugs, conspiring, or gaining advantages through developer errors are prohibited. Do not share cheats, vulnerabilities, or bugs with others. If you discover an issue, report it to us immediately.

Dangerous or Illegal Activities

Engaging in illegal or dangerous activities such as gambling, online fraud, or sharing violent or harmful content is not permitted. Threats of harm, even in jest, are taken seriously. If you notice behavior that endangers others, file a report through the game or contact player support.

Fraud

Do not deceive other players. Activities such as obtaining others' personal data or buying and selling personal information are strictly forbidden.

Inappropriate Content

All content, communication, and activities within the Berry Dermny ecosystem should foster positive interactions. When creating content, adhere to the community’s guidelines to ensure a welcoming environment.

Consequences

Violations of these rules are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the severity of the violation, previous rule-breaking behavior, and other circumstances will be considered. Consequences may range from restrictions on social features (e.g., voice chat) to a lifetime ban.
